All BIG Folio sites allow you to upload and play at least one music track on your site. 

• Premium sites allow you to upload multiple music tracks which are presented to visitors on your site in a jukebox like style.
• Standard Sites only allow for one .mp3 track to be uploaded.

Important note: Songs you buy from the itunes store might not be properly formatted for your website.

The file format: .mp3 is the only supported format for music on your bigfolio site. If your file is: .wav or .aac then you must convert it to the .mp3 format.

We suggest searching the web for .mp3 conversion tools if your unsure as to how to do that.

Q: Why doesn’t my Artist and Song titles display in the music player when I view my site?

 A: flash player will only display your Artist and Song titles if the song you’ve uploaded has its ID3 tags set correctly.
